I am Lise
I live in Göteborg, Sweden.

I have my heart set on shifting the paradigm of the way we teach ancestral practices. Instead of reducing them to well-being techniques, I explore the aliveness and radicalness of their philosophy. I’m especially attentive to the ways in which the practice can allow us to better consider both our existence and the great challenges of our society.
I teach yoga and meditation to those who experience(d!) that it is yet another form of pressure.
I help teachers, guide, therapists find the right words and tone, and equip them with the type of language that gets through the embodied part of our brains.

“Dig into yourself for a deep answer. And if this answer rings out in assent, if you meet this solemn question with a strong, simple “I must,” then build your life in accordance with this necessity”

Else

I love solving puzzles and I do it under my developer hat. I have 5+ years of experience as a backend developer and many frontend fun projects in my wheelhouse.
I’ve seen countless creatives with incredible talent, ready to share their craft with the world, only to get bogged down by technical challenges—or end up paying far too much for solutions. There’s nothing quite like the joy of birthing a project, transforming ideas into tangible creations for everyone to see and experience!
When you don’t find me teaching or behind the keyboard, follow the scent of Ricorée and the animated discussions of my family. I’m usually with them. Rather they follow were I go, and we play, and we garden, and we cook.
